A couple of posts back I talked about how I was going to start the 30 day shred challenge as soon as I got the DVD.  Well lucky me, it came yesterday after work so I decided today would be my first day.  My goal is to do it every morning before work so i can be inspired to eat better all day.  Also, I am hoping it'll help me have more energy in the morning so work doesn't seem to drag on.  So here is how I would describe the first day: Successful 
 Exhausting 
 Hard 
  It took me forever to cool down..the cold shower didn't help that much.  I was sweating buckets.  It was hard and sad to say I am only on level one. BUT I DID IT!  Question: Those of you who have done the shred, what have you found to be most successful? I am planning on doing each level for ten days.  Am I supposed to do all three levels everyday?  I am still trying to figure it out so any tips and suggestions you can offer I would appreciate it.
