Rumbi Mandarin Chicken Salad Time: 40 minutes Yield: 8 servings Salad: 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped 3 tomatoes, diced 2 mangos, or 2 cans mandarin oranges {We use the mandarin oranges and love them!} 1/2 C feta cheese 1 T sesame seeds 1 bag tortilla chips {We use chow mein noodles. Derek eats it on everything.} 1/4 C Dijon Mustard 2 T lime juice 1 t chili powder 3/4 C Mayo (I always use Best Foods LIGHT) 1/2 C white sugar 1/4 C soy sauce 1/2 C white vinegar 2 T minced garlic 2 T ginger powder 1.
