I have a friend doi...That sounds like a good plan. I have a friend doing it right now and she said doing level one for 10 days was best. I've done it but I didn't do it until I had been doing Jillian Michaels online workouts so I can't really say. By the time I began doing the shred I had to do a level twice a day in order to equal the workouts I was already doing. So good for you. Tomorrow you probably will be feeling it but I want to encourage you to keep it up and I know you will.
